Shipping Information

  1. Orders will be dispatched approximately 2–3 working days after the order date (excluding the day of purchase and public holidays).
  2. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30–17:30. No deliveries are arranged on weekends.
  3. During holidays or peak seasons, or in the event of force majeure (e.g., severe weather), shipment may be delayed.
  4. For Home Delivery: actual delivery time will depend on the driver’s route and schedule.

When your order is shipped, the system will send a shipping notification email to your inbox. The email will include the tracking number and a tracking link. Please note that the shipping status on our website is for reference only. During transit, the package may be transferred between cities, regions, or stores, which may affect the estimated delivery time.
