Commitment to the Environment

As a manufacturer, we are committed to operating in a way that respects and protects the natural environment.

Our specific initiatives include:

  • Using recycled materials wherever possible for all materials used in our factories.
  • Treating and reusing industrial wastewater generated at our factories as much as possible, with monitoring conducted by third-party organizations.
  • Recycling plastic offcuts generated in our factories wherever possible, including repurposing them for in-house tools and equipment.
  • Prioritizing the adoption of energy-efficient equipment in all factory operations.
  • Clearly labeling materials in our packaging to promote efficient recycling.

Efforts to Tackle Social Issues

We are committed to tackling diverse social challenges by harnessing new materials and technologies, collaborating closely with our partner companies and factories to create meaningful solutions.

Our specific initiatives include:

  • We use materials with the highest possible recyclability in all our factories.
  • For newly developed products, we actively adopt environmentally friendly solutions based on recycled materials.
  • In product development, we aim to reduce the consumption of electricity, water, and other resources needed for manufacturing, including the materials that make up the products.
  • We share necessary information among our partner factories to help them operate more efficiently.

Actions to Promote Human Rights and Employment

We are committed to building a work environment where every employee feels motivated and supported.

Our specific initiatives include:

  • We actively promote the use of paid leave, parental leave, and other benefits to ensure employees can take time off as needed.
  • We strive to improve work efficiency and encourage shorter working hours where possible.
  • We clearly prohibit all forms of harassment in our work regulations to maintain a safe and respectful workplace.
