Garolite (G-10)

Garolite, also known as G-10, is a high-pressure fiberglass and epoxy composite material. It is made by layering sheets of glass fabric impregnated with epoxy resin, then compressing them under high heat and pressure until they form a solid, rigid laminate.

G-10 was first used in Aircraft, Military, and Electronic parts because of its rigidity, dimensional stability, and electrical insulation. G-10 is a material that’s as strong as metal — yet lighter and built to last. Unlike metal, it doesn’t interfere with wireless signals, making it ideal for modern products like smartphone bumpers, watch cases, and high-performance tools.

Why We Choose

Garolite (G-10)

Strength & Lightweight

G-10 offers exceptional strength and rigidity while remaining lightweight — STRONGER than most plastics and LIGHTER than metal.

Environmental Resistance

Waterproof, Corrosion-resistant, Heat-resistant, and Chemical-resistant, G-10 maintains its shape and color even in harsh conditions.

Stability & Safety

Non-conductive and does not interfere with wireless signals (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS), making it ideal for electronic accessories.

Aesthetic & Workability

The surface can be finished in various textures and colors, allowing both modern and vintage designs with a refined, premium feel.
